Depends a lot on what you're trying to track. If it's occupancy rates and seasonal demand, AirDNA and Rabbu are decent starting points, but their data can lag by weeks and that matters when you're repricing. I've been cross-referencing with https://nightlydata.com/ lately because the local market breakdowns are more granular than what I get from the bigger platforms. The thing most hosts overlook is comp set selection. Pulling city-wide averages is basically useless if your property is a 2-bed in a tourist pocket that behaves completely differently from the rest of the metro. Get hyper-local or you're just guessing. Also worth tracking your own 90-day rolling performance separately, not through Airbnb's dashboard which smooths out patterns you actually need to see.
